Stacked the blog and owned $0 MRR

by Deariary Official

Blog and content

  • Turned the blog into an actual content hub:
    • Added a “Related posts” section to post pages (PR #27).
    • Shipped tag pages and a monthly archive for browsing/SEO (PR #30).
  • Queued a batch of posts:
    • “What’s next for deariary” roadmap (PR #26).
    • Integration deep dives (OpenClaw, Todoist, Bluesky) and an objection buster (“My diary would be empty”), scheduled across 3/25–3/27.
  • Baked in distribution assets (X article/self-reply + Bluesky post) so cross-posting is one step, not a scramble.

Build in public

  • Bluesky updates:
    • Roadmap post: better diary quality, new integrations (Weather, Discord, Strava, GitLab, Lastfm), faster support. Got a little lift (likes/repost).
    • MRR transparency via TrustMRR — currently $0, just launched. One reply and a few likes. Leaning into the open-by-default vibe.
  • Saved this quote because it hits where I’m at:

Zero MRR is the starting line. Transparency builds trust. Launch hard. Ship daily. Revenue follows execution. Most quit here. Don't.

Maintenance and reviews

  • Reviewed/approved a sweep of Dependabot PRs and cleaned up branches across:
    • bitflyer-tools (bitflyer, cycle-flyer)
    • irasutoya-tools (irasutoya, irasutoya-cli)
    • circleci-tools (circleci-cli)
  • Mostly housekeeping — approvals plus branch deletions and tidy pushes.

Audience notes

  • +6 followers today. Early days, but momentum’s ticking up alongside the content cadence.
