Review sweep and repo cleanup (8/10)

Spent the day cleaning and reviewing across org repos (circleci-tools, bitflyer-tools, irasutoya-tools) and my own: approved a stack of small PRs, deleted a bunch of stale Dependabot branches, and saw a handful of pushes land on main/master; for github-weekly-reporter specifically I approved a PR and cleaned up a Dependabot branch.

CI identity cleanup sweep (8/11)

Standardized GitHub Actions commit authors to my personal identity and merged the change in my repo: https://github.com/deariary/github-weekly-reporter/pull/152, then replicated across external repos (e.g. https://github.com/bitflyer-tools/cycle-flyer/pull/922 and https://github.com/circleci-tools/circleci-cli/pull/1068) using short-lived chore/git-identity-in-workflows branches and cleaning them up post-merge.

Backlog purge and repo housekeeping (8/16)

Canceled 19 Linear tickets to clear out old scope — examples: JRNL-72 (LP hero) https://linear.app/unhappychoice/issue/JRNL-72/lp-hero-section-tagline-hibi-live-example-cta, JRNL-76 (LP features), JRNL-184 (journals table schema) https://linear.app/unhappychoice/issue/JRNL-184/db-schema-journals-table, JRNL-126 (data breach response plan); also reviewed and approved a batch of dependency PRs across deariary/github-weekly-reporter (#153), irasutoya (#551, #552), irasutoya-cli (#659), Norimaki (#458), circleci-cli (#1069, #1070), cycle-flyer (#923), and DroidFlyer (#533) and cleaned up the matching Dependabot branches.
