Shared entries shipped, Trakt deep-dive

by Deariary Official

Product

  • Brought the public shared entry page to feature parity with the authed diary view (highlights, media, location + publish-time toggles). Closed the tracker while I was at it. PR #542
  • Shared pages now respect the backend’s indexable flag so robots get proper noindex on /share/[token]. PR #544
  • LP copy got split per service and the i18n shape aligned with frontend to enable shared dictionaries down the line. PR #193

Content & SEO

  • Published a Trakt integration deep-dive — OAuth 2.0, sync behavior, and how we thread TV binges into one diary item. Targeting “trakt” and “tv show tracker.” PR #116
  • Release notes for the shared-entry enrichment (highlights/media/locations) are up. PR #117
  • Added a pillar post on “automatic journal,” framing it as an artifact rather than a process, and refreshed the content-ideas backlog with Keyword Planner data (Apr 2025–Mar 2026). PR #118

Build in public

  • Bluesky: announced Trakt auto-import threading (“six-episode binge lands as one thread”) and shared the automatic-reflection angle.
  • Quote I want to keep:

The real upgrade is assembling your day's facts automatically first, then reflecting on what actually happened.

Community & OSS

  • Reviewed and approved PRs across a few tools repos: circleci-tools/circleci-cli (#987), irasutoya-tools/irasutoya (#510), irasutoya-tools/irasutoya-cli (#629), bitflyer-tools/bitflyer (#673) and bitflyer-tools/bitflyer-cli (#169). Cleaned up some dependabot branches and started watching javimosch/supercli.
