Mood-journal draft and a duplicate-data bug

Writing and content

• Opened a new blog PR: post: your mood journal, without the mood button. Targeting the SEO query “mood app journal” (3,600/mo, +1977% YoY). Angle is to surface the day’s dominant feeling from the user’s own words — no mood button.
• Posted a reflection on Bluesky that ties into the theme:

  The days you accomplished the most are the ones you remember the least.
  Busy days fragment attention so no event gets deep enough to stick.
  The paradox: those same days generate the most data in your tools.

Triage and bugs

• Filed JRNL-815 (Backlog, bug, area: integration): when a user ends up with multiple active connections to the same integration (observed on Trakt), Extract emits duplicate data and enrichment highlights also duplicate.
• Noted a concrete repro in the writeup: two identical movies blocks for the same account “Yuji Ueki,” including the same traktId: 977940 (“侵入者たちの晩餐”).

Reviews and cleanup

• Reviewed and approved 5 PRs across external tools (cycle-flyer, DroidFlyer, Norimaki).
• Did some housekeeping: deleted a few stale Dependabot branches and pushed to master on those repos.
