Android CI/build fixes

  • Bumped Android minSdk to 23 in two spots to unbreak CI:
    • Norimaki: fix the manifest merger + tell Dependabot to ignore the JitPack-hosted dep (#434).
    • DroidFlyer: align with Material’s >= 23 requirement (#517).
  • Quick, targeted changes; green again.

Open source odds and ends

  • Got splashboard listed on the Ratatui awesome list under Apps → Productivity & Utilities — nice little visibility bump (#319).
  • Starred vize — watched a firehose of merges land across LSP, type-aware analysis, a11y, parser recovery, profiling, CI, docs, and release tooling. Serious momentum there.

  • Posted a Bluesky nudge about making weekly reviews reflective instead of forensic:
