Source pages, finally pane-aware

Closed out JRNL-959: rebuilt connected-service settings and unconnected-service about pages around the pane/breakpoint layout.
Split the work into the shared about-page base and one settings page for all 12 OAuth/API-key services. Both landed by 23:00. Nice clean finish to a two-part change.
Also slipped in a tiny but real UI fix: button labels were sitting about 2px too high because of Figtree’s ascent.

Release copy and maintenance

Merged the copy cleanup removing premature mentions of the unreleased mobile app from the web UI.
Did a little upstream housekeeping in circleci-cli: merged the Dependabot branch and approved PR #1117.
The frontend issue count is down by two over the last few days. Small, but the board is moving in the right direction.
