Open-source maintenance (circleci-cli)

  • Approved #1051 to bump openssl to 4.0.2, then realized it violated the Gemfile invariant (keep openssl in sync with Ruby’s default gem per .ruby-version).
  • Reverted the bump via #1063 and got it merged.
  • Followed up with #1064 to tell Dependabot to stop proposing that bump again. It’s open.
  • Cleaned up branches around the revert and the Dependabot bump.

  • Quiet on Bluesky and Linear.
