  • Merged the Norimaki CI fix: raised the Gradle daemon heap to stop D8 OOMs on deploy — fix(ci): raise Gradle daemon heap to fix D8 OOM on deploy.
  • Did a sweep of dependency maintenance: reviewed/approved a stack of Dependabot PRs and cleaned up leftover branches across cycle-flyer, Norimaki, and circleci-cli.
  • No product tickets moved today — pure maintenance and unblocking CI.

Journaling idea

  • Posted a Bluesky note riffing on journaling apps that should read the day instead of making you reconstruct it from scratch, and dropped the blog link.
